Returns Policy

We hope that you absolutely love and enjoy your new product(s) from Miss Actually! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with purchase, you are welcome to return your order within 30 days of receipt. As we care about everyone’s health and hygiene, the product(s) must be unused in sealed packaging and resalable condition. The cost of returning the order will have to be covered by you as customer. We also advise obtaining proof of postage when making a return as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

• Contact us at hello@missactually.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and reason for return

• We will provide you instructions on where to send return goods - at present, we only offer returns to an address in the United Kingdom

• Then ship the order back to us (keep a receipt of postage)

• Once received, your return will be handled within 3-5 working days 

• YAY! We process your refund back to your original card or PayPal account used for payment

Miss Actually monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
