We are currently still operating as normal and are working hard to ensure all orders are dispatched safely and ASAP (within 24 hours, Mon-Fri).
However, due to the evolving situation regarding COVID-19, delivery times may take longer than usual. Unfortunately, we cannot control this and are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. While some packages may arrive within our advised shipping time-frames, some may be delayed due to an overload of packages with our shipping partners.
UK & Europe: 5-8 days
USA: 7-15 days
Tracking updates may also be delayed, however, if you have received a shipping confirmation, you can rest assured that your order is on its way and should hopefully be with you soon.
*UPDATE* - For orders shipped from April 12th to May 3rd, if there is no update within 32 days from the date of dispatch, please email us at email@example.com and we'll send out a replacement free of charge.

DOMESTIC (US) & INTERNATIONAL
During the checkout process, you will see the total price of your order including any shipping and handling charges, in US Dollars (USD) before you complete your purchase. Your credit/debit card will be charged in US Dollars (USD) according to the charges displayed during checkout. We will aim to ship out your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri, excluding public holiday). Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5-32 days. Delivery times vary depending on your destination. Although these delivery times are accurate for the majority of our orders, during busy periods like public holidays, your order may be subject to delays with the shipping carrier and may take slightly longer than usual to be delivered. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we will do our best to assist you in any way that we can if this happens.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to a website where you can track your order. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
As we process all orders immediately through to our warehouse, we do not accept any cancellations or changes to orders placed. You are more than welcome to email us and request a cancellation/change to your order, and if possible, we will try to assist you. We advise all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure there are no errors or incorrect information. Miss Actually will not be held liable and will not process refunds for orders with information entered incorrectly.
Miss Actually is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. For orders to the United States, this is USPS, and for orders to the United Kingdom, this is Royal Mail. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
TAXES AND DUTY FEES
International customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Miss Actually, and thus cannot be refunded.
Our international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), therefore your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes which are applied when it reaches the destination country. The recipient is responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes or customs fees. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
